Your time is important – to you, your family and us. That’s why screening mammograms performed at our locations generally take less than 30 minutes – less time than a typical doctor’s office visit.
Screening mammograms are the best way to help find breast cancer in its earliest stages, when cure rates are highest. A screening mammogram is for women who do not have significant symptoms. If we find a problem during your screening mammogram, or if you are experiencing unusual symptoms, we may recommend you receive a diagnostic mammogram or other breast imaging procedure to help identify the cause.
You should schedule a mammogram annually after age 40 while in good health. While a physician referral is not required for this exam, we will need the name of the patient's physician to whom the mammography report can be sent. Further, if an abnormality is found, the patient's physician will be able to set an avenue for proper follow-up.
Our online request an appointment feature is for patients who would like to schedule a future appointment and is not intended for same day appointments.
If you would like to schedule a mammogram, please click the button below and complete the form. A representative will contact you to collect additional information and arrange your appointment.

What to Expect
Before your scheduled appointment, we will make sure that any prior authorization is obtained through your insurance. We will give you a courtesy call to go over what your insurance will cover including any out of pocket expenses. During this call, we will also ask screening questions specific to your scheduled exam, give prep instructions, offer directions to our facility and confirm your appointment date with arrival time. You will have the opportunity to ask our knowledgeable staff any questions regarding your upcoming appointment.
Our locations have convenient spaces and reserved handicap parking close to the front office entrance. Upon arrival for your appointment, you will be greeted by our helpful patient coordinators. All of our technologists are registered in their specific modality, with some having dual registry. In most cases, we ensure a radiology report to your ordering provider within 24 hours.
We offer global billing, which means that you will only receive one bill. This rate includes your scan and the radiologist interpretation.
We value convenience, quality and affordability for both patients and referring providers. Our Area Manager is Roger Bolt, Marketing Manager is Ashley Hawkins and Inside Sales Representative is Vernice Hammett. Please let us know how we can assist you with your diagnostic imaging needs.
Our imaging center provides community-based onsite radiology staffing during primary business hours to ensure an accurate, quick turnaround on reports and easier consultation between the referring physician and reading radiologist. Radiologists are fellowship trained and reports are delivered to the referring provider within 24-48 hours of their patient’s appointment.
The radiologists who read images taken at this center are not employees of this center or employees of this center’s manager. Rather, they are independent contractors. That means they have their own liability insurance, and neither this center nor this center’s manager is responsible for the radiologists’ actions or controls their medical decision-making.
